
#OKLAHOMA LIQUOR LICENSE FRATERNAL ORGANIZATIONS LICENSE#
This is a primary license which allows an establishment to offer alcoholic beverages to patrons for on or off premise consumption based on their license classification. This license is for the business of a keeper of a junk store or junk yard for the purchase and sale of junk, rags, old rope, paper, or bagging, old iron, brass, copper, tin, slush, lead, or other articles of like nature without being first specially licensed for such purpose nor shall any person or persons so licensed as aforesaid carry on any such business at any other house or place than at the place designated in such license. This definition shall not be construed to imply or permit the practice of general hospital functions such as major surgical operations or the rendering of service beyond nursing care of the operation of nursing homes or sheltered care home or homes for the aged as defined in "An Act in Relation to the Licensing and Regulation of Homes for the Maintenance, Care, or Nursing of Persons Who Are Ill, Aged, or Physically Infirm", approved July 1, 1953.

Such an establishment may be privately operated and supported by fees charged from the service, or it may be an establishment owned and operated by a public agency.Ī "Convalescent Home" shall be deemed to mean a privately operated establishment devoted to the care of persons during the recuperative stage of an illness, or in which persons may be cared for during an illness. This license is for an establishment that has keeps or conducts for profit any billiard, pool or bagatelle table, or bowling alley.Ī "Nursery" or "Day Care Center" shall be deemed to mean an establishment where 9 or more children 12 years of age and under are kept during the day while parent or parents are at work or otherwise engaged or when 9 or more children 12 years of age and under are lodged at a stipulated rate of pay. An auctioneer is any person who, at public outcry, offers for sale to the highest bidder any goods, wares, or merchandise or real estate for profit.

This license will license and individual as an auctioneer in Bloomington. This license is for the operation of automatic amusement devices which is defined as any machine or device which upon the insertion of a coin or slug operates or may be operated as a game or contest of skill or amusement of any description.
